How do I choose what carpet tile to use?

Do you provide broadloom carpet also?
We only provide carpet tiles. This allows us to be laser-focused on having the very best systems to do one thing and do it well.

Carpet tiles are the standard used in over 90% of commercial carpet installations these days, due to their ease of installation, ease of future maintenance, and lower wasteage compared to broadloom carpets.

How do I place an Order?
Select which carpet tile you would like, and then head to our Quote Creator to build your quote. Once you'e created your quote, place your order and make payment either via credit card, internet banking using POLi, or we can send you an invoice to pay via direct credit.

What if I get my measurements wrong?
One of the beauty's of carpet tiles is that you're not dealing with one large piece of carpet.

If you follow our Measuring Guide to help you get the right measurements first time, you'll find it's pretty easy to get them right.

If you are off by a small amount, this may be covered by the extra allocation on each deal for cuttings, as well as the round-up on most deals to reach a complete box set of tiles for ordering.

If the measurements are simply off by too far, we can decide with you what part of the job to install up to, and further carpet tiles can be purchased to complete the job.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Our Quote Builder can provide you an invoice to pay via direct credit, or to make it easier and faster, Quote Builder can send you to the checkout to pay via credit card or internet banking (using POLi). Our checkout supports Google Pay and Apple Pay if desired.
What currency do you accept?
We only accept New Zealand Dollars NZD
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is cancelled prior to 72-hours from your job booking, there is restocking fee equal to 10% of the carpet tiles' value plus $200. All other monies are refunded via direct credit.

If your order is cancelled inside of 72-hours before your job is due to go ahead, there is restocking fee equal to 20% of the carpet tiles' value plus $200. All other monies are refunded via direct credit.

Installation

What are my options for installation dates?
We are flexible with installation dates, being available for commercial installs 7-days of the week.

Once and order is placed with us we will contact you to schedule a time that works for you.

Will you move my office furniture?
Yes we do offer relcoation of office / workplace furniture when we replace the carpet.

Touch base with one of our flooring experts to discuss your project in this case, as there is a surcharge for relocating furniture which varies depending on the nature of the job.

What regions to you operate in?
We allow orders from Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, & Whangarei.

Depending on the location we may be able to take on your job even if you are not in once of these locations.
